This Meaningful Meal is a special, one-off dining and conversation experience right at the time of year when we gather to remember everything we have to be thankful for! There’s nothing like a little warmth and positivity to kick off the holiday and winter season - and this time, we’re going all out. We’ve put together a special family-style roast menu with delicious main options for vegan, vegetarian, and meat preferences!
What You Can Expect:
Meaningful Guided Conversation: Led by our marvelous host Melissa Veras, facilitating deep connections, reflection, and thoughtful questions around the table.
Cozy Atmosphere: A beautifully set table in Porto’s historic centre with a warm, welcoming team.
3-Course Luxury Roast Meal & Drinks:
Drink: Large glass of our Premium Wine, any Cocktail, or two standard drinks of your choice.
Starter: Spiced Pumpkin Soup served with garlic bread & butter.
Sides (Served to Share):
Roasted Winter Vegetables (Butternut squash, carrots, purple onion, & sweet potatoes seasoned with thyme, rosemary & oregano)
Green Bean Casserole (Green beans in a creamy mushroom sauce topped with crispy onions)
Winter Foccacia (Olive oil, thyme, rosemary, dried raisins, & cranberries)
Baked Brussels Sprouts

Braised Chicken Legs (Served with mashed potatoes & red wine sauce)
Braised Pork Shank (Served with mashed potatoes & red wine sauce)
