We’re looking for a Daytime Barista & Support Manager to join our team and help keep things running smoothly day-to-day. This role mixes hands-on café service with team coordination and customer experience management.

Who you are

You’re reliable, organised, and friendly — someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and connecting with people. You take pride in great coffee and efficient service, but you’re also a team player who can step up to support others and keep the café running at its best.

You’re comfortable taking initiative, solving small problems before they grow, and maintaining a calm, professional energy during busy shifts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Opening and managing daytime café operations

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, drinks, and simple food items

  • Warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and supporting our friendly, international atmosphere

  • Coordinating with the service and kitchen teams to keep everything flowing smoothly

  • Assisting with stock checks and inventory tracking

  • Helping brief and guide part-time staff or new team members when needed

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, setup, and presentation across the café

Skills and Experience

  • Previous café, barista, or hospitality experience (ideally in a fast-paced or international environment)

  • Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese a plus)

  • Comfortable with basic POS systems, cash handling, and customer service tools

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
